The Working Group for Diversity and Inclusion in Europe (WIDE) is a collaborative initiative dedicated to fostering a resilient society where queer organisations work together to create social cohesion, promote inclusivity, and address the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals. WIDE operates under the umbrella of COC Limburg, the oldest queer organisation in Limburg, Netherlands, founded in 1972. With a focus on the Euregion Meuse-Rhine and beyond, WIDE aims to strengthen relationships between diversity and inclusion (D&I) organisations, promote social innovation, and advocate for equality across borders.
